Payment Methods & Sales Tax
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards through our site. You can also use PayPal as another payment option. You will be able to view your order and select a shipping option before it is submitted. You do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout. You have an option to just enter your billing and shipping information without creating a PayPal account.
We are required by law to charge 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped in the state of California. Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped outside of California.
Occasionally we have special offers. These offers are offered via coupon codes, and can NOT be combined with other discounts , or coupon code.
Coupons are only available on regular priced, select items , and can not be used on items already , on sale or discounted in price .

We ship worldwide. International customers have an option to use our site or PayPal to checkout. All prices and payments are in US dollars. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes and any other charges that you may incur for importing goods into your country. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the merchandise nor shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
Full price items can be returned for refund within 14 days of the original shipping date. Sale merchandise can only be returned for store credit or exchange for like item within 10 days of the purchase date. The products must be unworn and in their original condition to qualify for refund/store credit. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee based on the condition of the returned items and/or their packaging.
All sales are Final on sales and Clearance Items .(25-50% off is considered clearance ). Discounted Items (less than 25% off) , may be exchanged for different size only, shipping both ways being at buyers cost.
Send the package back to the address listed below. Please note, return shipping is a customer's responsibility. We recommend that you insure your package before sending it back to us. We can’t be responsible for the loss or damage of the package you are mailing.
We will issue a refund to the original method of payment or store credit if returned after 14 days or if a sale item is returned. Store credit will apply automatically to your next purchase. It can take up to 14 business days for us to process your return. You will receive an email when your return is processed. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your store credit. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct the actual shipping charge from your store credit.
If you need a different size than you originally ordered, please indicate that . If we have that product in the size you need, we will ship it to you free of charge ( ON FULL PRIZED PRODUCTS only ) (USA customers only) as soon as we receive your returned item. Due to high cost of International postage, we are unable to offer free exchange shipping on International orders (including Canada). Those returns will be issued store credit only.

Backordered or Out of Stock Items
We try to have all the items we sell in stock. However, if something you would like is either sold out or not available in the size you need please email us and we’ll let you know when it is expected to be back in stock. Our inventory is replenished on a daily basis. If the item your ordered is on backorder, we will notify you immediately of the expected shipping date. At that point you have an option to cancel your order, replace an item with another item of your choice, or wait for your item to arrive. Usually, backordered items arrive in our warehouse within one week. Please keep in mind that our backordered items are usually very popular and if cancel your order now, we cannot guarantee that it will be available if you decide to order it at a later date.
